| I asked but there was no answer I did seek but could not find I even knocked and patiently I waited … yet the door stayed firmly shut for me it would not open I read every scripture written and from below the pulpit I listened to every word spoken but still - my mind stayed shattered in a thousand places my heart remained forever broken I meditated one day it was in the silence that I sensed a subtle peace the like of which transcended any word written and any word spoken “The kingdom of God is within you” ~ Luke 17:21 |
